Job Description:
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

This role needs to on site in 余姚 factory 3-4 days per week
-
Develop and update engineering documents such as manufacturing operating procedures, drawings, and test procedures.

Write test protocols and reports, conduct various testing, collect and analyze data and trends.

Review and evaluate non-conforming materials, address customer experience reports, perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective/preventive actions.

Perform engineering evaluations, process capability studies, time studies, capacity and cost analysis.

Investigate and develop new tooling, materials, manufacturing processes and technologies.

Research and qualify new suppliers and vendors.
-
Reports directly to the engineering manager.

Interfaces with all levels of project team members, Quality, Engineering, Marketing, Production, Tech Service and material management on issues as needed.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Science or equivalent engineering experience.

Minimum of 3-year experience in relevant engineering field.

Demonstrate experience with CAD systems; basic understanding of mechanical reasoning, prototyping, manufacturing processes, and raw materials. Demonstrate verbal and written analytical/problem solving, communication, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate computer skills including spreadsheet, and word processing. Demonstrate originality, ingenuity, and integrity.

Read, Write and verbally communicate well in English (Chinese native speaker)
